Noveastern (trademark of Novares) inaugurated its new plant located in Pinghu and confirms its strategy to keep developing in China.
The inauguration took place on April 18, 2024, after the decision to move the industrial activities from Kangqiao (Shanghai) to Pinghu (Zhejiang). This relocation decision was taken two years ago to anticipate the Shanghai Government’s new direction for its industrial plan.
In line with the Group’ strategy to be leader in the China Market, based on the development of EV, Noveastern sought a new implantation to secure its production in the same region. The Group invested 110 MCNY in this project that allows to continue serving the same customers (SGM/FORD/BOSCH/ BHTC/BMW…) and develop new ones.

The agreement was signed on March 3rd, 2023, between Pierre BOULET, Novares CEO and Mr.Zhihao ZHUANG, who was the Chairman of Dushan Port Economic Development Zone for an 11,683 sqm building to accommodate approximately 250 employees, and can be equipped with various advanced processes, such as 26 injection machines (including 2K in-mold foil), laser graving process, world-class interior painting technology, and various systems for decorated interior parts and mechanisms.
In the respect of its code of ethics, Novares has focused on sustainability and safety of the environmental workplace. Different high-quality systems have been installed to save energy and significantly reduce the carbon footprint, such as the solar panels on the 10,500 sqm roof producing green energy.
