Change of management within the Novares Group

Novares announces that Pierre Boulet has taken the decision to appoint François Sordet as CEO, effective January 1st, 2025. Pierre Boulet will remain Novares Group President with an emphasis on continuity and transition.

Arrived in 2012 in the Group, Pierre Boulet contributed significantly to the growth of the activity and developed a strategy based on global proximity with customers, reliability of execution with OEMs and Tier 1s and boosted the innovation through cutting-edge technologies, launching the first open innovation lab vehicle.

François Sordet was born on 17 October 1970. He holds a DESS Finance and a DEA Industrial Strategy from Sorbonne University. François Sordet, CFO since July 2012 within Novares, has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. He previously worked as CFO of the Europe & South America Interior division at Visteon, after his experience at Alstom Transport and Valeo.

The strong collaboration developed over the past 13 years has strengthened the group’s position in the international automotive market and made Novares a leader in plastic solutions that will make the future of the industry.
