Luc DORNIER, Chief Product Development Officer (Lens), introduced the ceremony with a speech welcoming the emerging talents and led the skill center tour with the Engineering Team, alongside with the ARIA Representatives. At least about 70 persons attended the event, among students, tutors, ARIA delegation including the President himself, Rodolphe DELAUNAY, also Toyota Motor Manufacturing France President.
This event, held on June 11th from 4:30 pm to 08:00 pm, allowed the candidates to visit the site before the ceremony and have complete presentation of the processes and know-how from Novares Experts.
The number of participants to this ceremony either trainees or internships, was limited to 20 students with the aim of highlighting as many companies as possible and careers in the automotive industry & electromobility. Each student had 2 minutes to present the theme of their work-study or internship and work carried out.
After the ceremony, the participants were able to share their views and the opportunities such an event could bring according to their expectations.
The Novares and ARIA partnership has made it possible to open new doors for these young talents but also for these companies & groups which constitute the automotive industry of today and tomorrow.
